How to reset Password For Any Windows Operating System?
First of all,
Requirement:-
You should have DVD/ Pendrive of that particular OS as well as it should be bootable.
If you dont have then you can also able to download the ISO file from online. Either, you can go to any cyber cafe or computer shop and get or buy the ISO file. Then after that you have to make your pendrive or DVD bootable.

GO TO Power ISO
Note:- Take note that you should have particular OS bootable pen driver or Bootable media device. For example, If your laptop installed OS is win 10 then you should have win 10 bootable pendrive.

There will be the option of 'secure boot disable'. Turn it to disable. Then, Set boot media device position. First position must Pen Drive or DVD and second number should be your main HDD or SSD then save and restart it.

If the OS is booting then it is okay, if it is not happening then you can go to the boot menu or boot manager option and select the bootable media device.
After that, it will start loading automatically. Proceed with the configuration when you get the install OS option. You just need to click on repair -> advanced -> command prompt. Type correctly below commands.
Take note:- Your single keyword or command will affect manners differently, so type accurately.
Commands mentioned below:-
cd windows
cd system32
copy utilman.exe utilman1.exe
copy cmd.exe cmd1.exe
del utilman.exerename cmd.exe utilman.exe
exit
Once it's done, then reboot your device.
Aferward,
click on ease of access option->Enter -> cmd -> type "control userpassword2" ->Hit Enter
Now, set your device password.
